After 30 remarkable years as the director of the Race and Cultural Relations Leadership Network, Toby is stepping into a well-deserved retirement from the RCRLN which he help create, leaving behind a legacy that has profoundly shaped our city and its future. Toby has built not just a network but a family—one that will continue to grow and thrive because of the foundation he’s laid.
